SMS Communications Policy

Overview

Firstech offers an SMS text messaging program to keep customers informed about exclusive deals, product alerts, and order updates. This policy describes how our SMS program works, how to opt in, and how to opt out. This program is designed to comply with A2P 10DLC and TCPA requirements.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Firstech through the following methods:

• Newsletter Popup: Check the SMS consent checkbox on our website newsletter signup form and provide your mobile number. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected.
• Checkout: Optionally check the SMS consent checkbox during checkout. This checkbox is not preselected and is entirely optional.
• Account Settings: Enable SMS notifications in your account preferences.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may complete a purchase without opting in to SMS communications.

Types of Messages

When you opt in, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Promotions: Exclusive discounts, coupon codes, and special offers
• Sale Alerts: Notifications about flash sales and limited-time deals
• Cart Reminders: Reminders about items left in your shopping cart
• Order Updates: Shipping confirmations, delivery notifications, and order status

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your preferences and current promotions. You may receive up to 4 promotional messages per week during active sale periods, plus transactional messages related to your orders.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Firstech. You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Firstech is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
